📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting routine and special audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all audit activities.,Providing recommendations to management for improving internal controls and processes.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using internal audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO).,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.
