- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with engineers and technicians to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' needs.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of customer records and files.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industrial electronic repair processes and terminology.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
