📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
