📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering of goods and services.,Maintain and update procurement records and documentation.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement plans.,Conduct research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and market trends.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
