📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and conceptualize immersive brand experiences and spatial installations for events and promotions.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure designs align with brand vision and project goals.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed design plans and presentations.
• Oversee the implementation of designs, including sourcing materials, coordinating with contractors, and managing budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, event technology, and sustainable practices.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and persuasive communication.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing event and spatial design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of event production, staging, and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovative design solutions.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Indonesian.
