📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance client relationships.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
