Bahagia Indra Health Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory work and a passion for providing excellent patient care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform various laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Prepare and maintain laboratory records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of specimens for testing.,Work with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate test results.,Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.,Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Valid certification as a Lab Technician is a plus.
