📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Assisting with patient admissions and discharges, and coordinating with other healthcare providers as needed.
  • Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to stay up-to-date with best practices in nursing.
  • Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families as needed.
  • Promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1) with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
