📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups to ensure timely responses.,Provide product information and support to customers to enhance their shopping experience.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales events and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain customer relationships.,Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals.,Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in Indonesian both written and spoken.,English language skills are a plus.
