📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Manage and mentor junior logistics staff to ensure high performance and team morale.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful logistics management.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
