📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve productivity.,Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting organization.,Support the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company operations.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a startup or similar environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
