📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts for construction projects.
Manage contract administration, including contract execution, change orders, and termination.
Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to cost control measures.
Coordinate with project managers and contractors to resolve any issues related to contracts.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on contract performance and cost control.
Assist in the development and implementation of contract management strategies.
Provide support to the Contract Executive in various contract-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration and cost control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with construction project management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
