📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical assistance and support to employees,Troubleshoot hardware and software issues,Install and configure new software and hardware,Maintain and update company IT systems,Monitor and maintain network security,Assist with IT projects and initiatives,Provide training and support to new employees,Maintain accurate records of all IT activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with network troubleshooting and security,Proficiency in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
