📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive performance and growth.
  • Manage and mentor the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by identifying opportunities for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving performance and growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in managing a team and driving operational excellence.
