📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Manage staff schedules and ensure efficient workflow.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for food and beverage procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
