As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources needs, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining employee files.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.,Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
