Place City Jaya is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment and high employee satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.,English proficiency is a plus.
