📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior IT staff.,Manage and resolve IT-related service requests and incidents.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.,Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
