📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee and manage daily dental lab operations,Ensure the highest quality of dental prosthetics,Manage and train a team of lab technicians,Coordinate with dental clinicians for accurate and efficient lab work,Maintain and update lab equipment and materials,Ensure compliance with dental lab standards and regulations,Manage inventory and procurement of lab materials,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for lab equipment🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental lab work,Strong knowledge of dental materials, techniques, and standards,Proficient in using dental lab equipment and software,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with dental CAD/CAM systems is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
