📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean tools and techniques, such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Sigma, to drive process improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on lean principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable improvements across our operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain lean documentation, including standard work instructions and process flowcharts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or a similar role.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field are a plus.
• Proficiency in lean tools and software, such as Minitab, LeanKit, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing lean initiatives and driving operational improvements.
