📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including nursing, medical staff, and administrative personnel, to optimize workflow and patient care.
• Utilize clinical management systems such as Epic and Cerner to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical performance, quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the clinical operations strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in clinical operations management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility setting.
• Certification in Healthcare Management (CHM) or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with clinical management systems such as Epic and Cerner.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
