📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of each position and create accurate job descriptions.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Maintain a database of candidates and track the recruitment process for each position.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process and candidate performance.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
