Bidang Joko Coffee is looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the coffee industry.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and track sales performance, setting and achieving targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and results.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the coffee industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
