📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle logs, maintenance records, and insurance papers.
• Coordinate with drivers, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.
• Provide support and training to new drivers and staff members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet performance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
