📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor sales teams to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's market reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
