📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective programming lessons and workshops for students in the K12 sector.,Create and maintain high-quality learning materials, including lesson plans, curricula, and educational resources.,Provide mentorship and support to students, helping them to develop their programming skills and overcome challenges.,Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and share best practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tech education field.,Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Organize and participate in tech-related events, hackathons, and competitions to inspire and engage students.,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.,2-5 years of experience in teaching programming or a related subject, preferably in the K12 sector.,Strong knowledge of programming languages and tools relevant to the K12 tech education field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire students.,A passion for technology and a commitment to fostering a love for coding in young minds.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.,Experience in creating and delivering engaging and effective learning materials is a plus.,Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a diverse and international environment.
