📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute pastry recipes that meet customer preferences and brand standards.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure sufficient ingredients are available.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into pastry recipes.
  • Participate in cost control measures to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing pastry recipes.
