📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and professional welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Check guests in and out, and ensure accurate documentation of their stay.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and resolution.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including supplies and equipment.,Assist with event and conference arrangements, including room setups and guest services.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services available at the property.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using front desk software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with local area attractions and services.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
