📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, equipment, and restrooms.,Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and targets.,Stay up-to-date with menu items and specials to provide accurate information to customers.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or food service environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.,Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
