As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural elements in our hotel projects. Your expertise will ensure that our buildings are safe, efficient, and meet all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for hotel buildings, including foundations, columns, beams, and slabs.,Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.,Oversee the construction process to ensure that structural elements are built according to design specifications.,Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.,Conduct load calculations and stress analysis to ensure structural integrity.,Review and approve construction documents and reports.,Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the hospitality sector.,Proficiency in using structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of building codes and standards, including Indonesian National Standard (SNI).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid professional engineer license (if applicable).
