📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.
  • Collaborating with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reviewing and editing technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Developing user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing and sales materials.
  • Participating in product development discussions to provide input on documentation needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with documentation standards and best practices.
  • Providing technical support through documentation and training materials.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
