📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of IT support specialists, ensuring high standards of service and technical proficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Implement and monitor system improvements, including updates, patches, and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring reliable connectivity and data security.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure, and recommend improvements to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a focus on VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft Azure.
• Certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proven experience in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure for a growing organization.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices for IT service management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
