Assistant Supervisor - Pharmaceutical Sub-Distribution

PT SRI BUANA SUMBER LESTARI is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for Pharmaceutical Sub-Distribution to join our team in Kabupaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of pharmaceutical products, ensuring they reach the right places at the right times. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the distribution of pharmaceutical products to ensure timely and accurate delivery to retail outlets and healthcare facilities.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor and report on distribution performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the distribution team to resolve any issues that arise during the distribution process.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all distribution activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain and distribution processes.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or distribution management software is a plus.
