In this role, you will daily interact with clients, negotiate settlements, and manage collections using our in-house system, Debt Management System (DMS). 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track outstanding debts using the Debt Management System (DMS).
• Conduct phone calls and visits to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate settlements with clients to recover outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate with legal and credit teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on collection progress and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain client relationships.
• Monitor and update collection activities to meet targets.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and policies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
