📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily fund accounting operations, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely fund services.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of financial reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fund accounting.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fund services processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Certification in fund accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
