📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of IT support specialists, ensuring high standards of service and technical proficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Implement and monitor system improvements, including updates, patches, and new technologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring reliable connectivity and data security.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure, and recommend improvements to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a focus on VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft Azure.
Certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Proven experience in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure for a growing organization.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices for IT service management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
