Coinbase is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compliance Technology to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technology systems comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies. You will work closely with our legal, risk, and engineering teams to develop and implement compliance solutions. This is a remote position based in the USA.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for our technology systems.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.,Work with engineering teams to implement compliance solutions and best practices.,Provide guidance and support to other teams on compliance-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with legal and risk teams to address compliance issues and risks.,Document and report on compliance activities and findings.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in compliance technology, information security, or a related field.,Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX).,Experience with compliance tools and technologies (e.g., automated monitoring, data loss prevention).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
