- Oversee and optimize the manufacturing process to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and maintain electrical systems, ensuring their reliability and safety.
- Develop and enforce quality control measures, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
- Monitor and analyze production data using SAP MES and QMS to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Certification in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems or a related field.
- Proven experience with SAP MES and QMS.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and facility engineering.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
